• Windows - lower corner of glass
• Doors - upper corner of glass

How to determine if a product is right or left:

Andersen views it's products from the EXTERIOR
When trying to figure out the handing, look at the unit from the outside. For example:

• A casement window viewed from the exterior, where the hinge is on the right, is hinged RIGHT
• A patio slider, where the sliding panel is on the left and moves from left to right, is a LEFT hand unit.
